Individual & Organisational Development was established in 2004 to provide effective advice and project management to individuals and organisations. Using the latest evidence-based psychological principles and practices Individual & Organisational Development helps organisations and individuals bring about desired changes.
Shelley Rogers [M Psych (Organisational & Human Factors); Grad Dip Mgt; Grad Cert Mediation; Dip Teach] is the Principal Consultant and founder of Individual & Organisational Development. She is a registered Organisational Psychologist specialising in organisational issues and has over twenty five years experience working in a range of education, training, employment development and research areas in all tiers of government in urban and rural Australia and in a variety of community sector organisations. She has also worked in the private sector and created several small businesses and has assisted people develop businesses through strategic planning. She has worked at the delivery end as well as at the managerial and leadership end of many services. Shelley is also an educator and skilled trainer. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Society, Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists (South Australia).
Caroline Karp manages the operations of the IOD office. As well as the management of the office, Caroline also assists with other IOD services including contributing to research for workshops, marketing and sales. A key part of Caroline's role is to make it easy for clients to access the services of IOD and make their experience as effortless as possible. Caroline completed a Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of South Australia followed by other studies in remedial health practices. Prior to joining IOD she has been working in client services & small business management for the past 9 years in both the public and private sectors.
