I would like to thank you for the assistance recently provided to BT Financial Group. The feedback was very positive. Your coaching in the areas of emotional resilience and coping with challenges was particularly helpful. Indeed these topics are emerging as important factors in today’s busy world. Chinese Language and Cultural Advice

Shelley Rogers from Individual & Organisational Development has helped me to think through many staff recruitment and other people-related business issues. Most importantly the coaching that Shelley has provided has given me a structure to perceive the bigger picture and therefore realise the full capacity for the growth of CLCA.

Diverse Travel Pty Ltd

I made use of executive coaching at a time when I had to make some difficult professional and personal decisions. Shelley helped me to outline the issues involved and to look at various possible solutions and the effect one decision or another would have on the business. Shelley also encouraged me to explore a wider range of possibilities than I would have without her assistance. What I was that she didn't tell me what to do but rather helped me to see options and ways of proceeding. Since those 5 sessions I have made some great personal and business decisions which have greatly improved the quality of my life and work.

During a period of change in our organisation Shelley employed a number of useful strategies to facilitate our discussions on leadership. We were looking for a process that would help all staff identify what they saw as leadership and how they were in any role leaders themselves. This was important ground work which enabled the School to continue in its endeavours to develop leadership across all levels of staff. During a period of change in our organisation Shelley employed a number of useful strategies to facilitate our discussions on leadership. We were looking for a process that would help all staff identify what they saw as leadership and how they were in any role leaders themselves. To achieve this IOD provided an online survey of the School’s culture and also devised a strategy to get staff to talk with each other about their concepts of leadership within the School. This was important ground work which enabled the School to continue in its endeavours to develop leadership across all levels of staff.

The University of Adelaide (Human Resources)

Shelley worked closely with us to develop a program that suited our needs... a program that was easy to work with, flexible, highly professional and a great depth of knowledge while maintaining accessibility for participants. “Managing inappropriate behaviour in the workplace” is difficult subject matter to deliver effectively. We wanted something that was practical and had a firm theoretical grounding. Shelley delivered.

Shelley Rogers was engaged to provide advice on managing and changing the culture of a dysfunctional work group. In this capacity Ms Rogers listened carefully to the particularities of the situation and provided considered, insightful advice on a range of approaches to dealing with the problem. In particular, Ms Rogers' advice on how to manage difficult personnel was very useful. I couldn’t recommend her more highly for a similar role in the future.

Ms Shelley Rogers was engaged by me to help me deal with an organisational unit that was experiencing significant difficulties with their work and collegial relationships. Ms Rogers worked closely with me in developing a plan of workshops in which members of the unit participated to work through issues of communication style, collegiality and acceptable behaviour in the workplace. And organisational structures, supervisory roles and channels
Of authority within the institution.

The outcome of the plan and the workshops has been a significant improvement in workplace relations and a commensurate improvement in the effectiveness of the unit. This is a testament not only to the quality of the plan that Ms Rogers developed but also to her excellent skills in conducting the workshops and adapting the plans to developments and insights generated in them. I would have no hesitation in engaging Ms Rogers again should the need arise.
